Yes. All patient data is encrypted with AES-256-GCM, hosted exclusively in Canadian data centres (AWS ca-central-1), and protected with audit logging on all sensitive actions.
Which EMR systems does Clinics Unlocked integrate with?
Clinics Unlocked currently integrates with Accuro EMR, with TELUS Health and OSCAR EMR integrations coming soon. Our API-based integration syncs appointments, patient records, and scheduling data directly with your existing EMR.

How long does setup take?
Typical setup is 1 to 2 weeks for a single-site clinic. This includes user accounts, SMS/fax configuration, EMR integration, and staff training. Custom features add additional time depending on scope.
What if I already have an EMR like Accuro?
That is the point. Clinics Unlocked is designed to work alongside your EMR, not replace it. We integrate with Accuro so your existing workflows continue, while you gain the clinic management features your EMR does not provide.
Can I export my data if I leave?
Yes. Your data is always yours. We provide full export of patients, documents, and records in standard formats at any time. No vendor lock-in.
